This is a lifetime opportunity for each of us to do all we can to make a difference in the lives of 300 million of our citizens, the world community and our precious children. The Smoke Free Society Education Center is a-first-of-its-kind facility that unites communities to focus on this most-important issue that affects all of us, whether we smoke or we don't. It also combines research, education, science, technology and entertainment to make education and learning an effective tool in curbing tobacco use and smoking.

The Center will be located on beautifully-designed and landscaped property that is totally green and solar energy self-sufficient. It will be inviting and open to the general public for their enjoyment as a soothing and relaxing garden with flowers, lush greenery and water pools – a place that families can bring their children for a day of learning and pleasure. The Center will house the SFSEC main building and its research and educational facilities. This campus-style, multi-usage facility combines education and entertainment to make learning more fun and effective, encouraging people to visit often with their families and children for a day of learning and fun.

This Center will be a model solution to the rest of the nation and the world. This tangible facility will benefit Floridians in many more ways such as creating employment, worldwide recognition, increased productivity, helping cut costs and saving money for employees, employers and local, state and federal governments.

The Center will invite and encourage other concerned nations to participate by funding their own research program and facility that represent the uniqueness of each country's architecture and cultures. Together, this will create a collection of worldwide research communities that are united and dedicated to finding effective education, prevention and cessation solutions to help citizens, especially educate our precious children, on the hazards of smoking and the benefits of a tobacco-free lifestyle.

I believe learning and education are more effective when they are enjoyable and entertaining. Florida is the land of lands - magic lands of entertainment, fun and exploration, where we all go to enjoy the fruit of our labor by vacationing and being with family. The Smoke Free Society Education Center is the newest land that is fun and educational to visit, making solutions effective, fun and more importantly, affordable - free!
