The following are support letters
from willing and caring leaders, organizations and individuals
supporting SFSEC's cause and its efforts to build a
first-of-its-kind smoking and tobacco use prevention, education
and cessation research center in Florida. This community-based
and community-supported think-tank facility will help lay the
foundation, framework and standards to help educate and prevent
our children from lifelong enslavement to smoking and tobacco
use for generations to come. It will do so while helping the one
in four of our loved ones who smoke, quit this most-debilitating
habit and addiction to save the health and wealth of all
of us, whether we smoke or not.

Each day, in the USA alone, over 4,000
kids as young as 8 years old start smoking.
1 out of 3 of them will die from a
disease caused by their smoking.
Unless we do
something to stop this trend, over 6,400,000 young people
who are alive today will die prematurely from using tobacco! |
